Art Science's Fruitful PetNat is a sparkling co-ferment made from apples, pears, and Grüner Veltliner grapes fermented with native yeast and bottled as a pet nat. This cider is complex yet delicious. Aromas of wood chips, pineapple, white flower, and white grape. Dry with mouth-watering acidity and notes of apple skin, white grape, grapefruit, soft pear sweetness, lemon juice, and very slightly oaky.
